EVENT DETAILS:

The CRE Conference and Showcase has a completely new look. There are tradeshows, and then there are events like this! To keep you on your toes, we gave the "tradeshow" a facelift and included interactive components.

Dress up in your favorite team's jersey and visit each passport booth, where you can engage in casual conversations and raffles with exhibitors.

After you've had the chance to network and learn more about our exhibitors, let's get into the meat of the problem.

Talent Acquisition and Retention
• What are the top priorities of the candidates?
• What is burnout, and how can companies avoid it?
• How company culture affects retention
• How company culture affects retention
• How the most effective leaders interact with their workforce

There will be a DJ, a 360 photo booth, and a SPIRIT AWARD contest.

SPIRIT AWARD CONTEST:

Yes – we are all about bringing in the Team Spirit as you navigate your way through the CRE Summit and Showcase! That’s right – there will be a SPIRIT AWARD at the event, so see how you and your dream team can qualify!

Qualifications for the Spirit Award:

  • Dress in Baseball Theme (as a team!)
  • Take a picture at the photo booth or with a vendor at their table.
  • Upload your photo,tag @Bomagreaterla and follow to enter.

The winner will be picked at the end of the event and be given the Spirit Trophy!!!!
