2022 ChrisMix

Description


The ChrisMix is an annual holiday event where commercial real estate professionals get together and celebrate the holiday.  ChrisMix is full of the fun and festivities that holiday parties are known for and happens to be the largest event of the year to connect with others in the Los Angeles commercial real estate community.  Building owners and managers mingle freely, and energetic exhibitors display their festive tables to help facilitate discussion about the industry and as a way to get to know each other. 

This year the event will be held at The Trust Building in DTLA, which is the perfect location for members to come together one last time before the end of the year.

Some of the highlights you will experience are:

  • Delicious food and drinks
  • Festive atmosphere
  • Participation in the Annual Holiday Drive with a toy donation
  • Raffle prizes
  • Music by a DJ

This event is a free event for Owners, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Engineers, all others must sponsor to attend.



What is the Annual Holiday Drive?
The Annual Holiday Drive is a chance for our members to collectively work towards helping those in need during the season.  Members sign-up their building/company and collect food, toys, and clothing within their buildings during the collection times, and the Holiday Drive committee picks them up and transports them to the sort drive location.  

The ChrisMix has always been an event where we love to celebrate as a community and support the local charities.  Bringing an unwrapped toy to the ChrisMix, helps over 15+ charities give to those in need during the holiday.
