Welcome to the 2026 BOMA Greater Los Angeles Awards Gala.

After a sold-out celebration last year, we’re returning to the Skirball Cultural Center on October 8, 2026 for another unforgettable evening. This black-tie event brings together the commercial real estate community to recognize the industry’s top buildings, property teams, and professionals through the prestigious TOBY Awards and Awards of Excellence.

The Awards of Excellence honor individuals who consistently go above and beyond. These leaders set the standard for innovation, dedication, and impact across our industry.

Following the awards presentation, the celebration continues with an after-party featuring music, dancing, and plenty of time to connect with colleagues and friends.

Join us for an evening that celebrates the people and properties shaping commercial real estate in Greater Los Angeles.

Early Bird Section Individual Seating Registration:
