In this engaging one hour Power Hour, we will provide members with an update on what is happening in the South Bay Region.  The goal? Understand the trends in the types of industries that are moving to your area, their needs, and how to best prepare/position the buildings for these types of tenants. This is a particularly dynamic time for the South Bay, with the new stadium opening up in Inglewood, the Green Line expansion through Metro, and plenty of new commercial development coming with all of these changes. The presentation will address these changes as part of broader market trends as well.
