Entering into 2020, Long Beach was on the rise. It was on the forefront of innovation on issues from homelessness to cutting red tape to draw business.

With the recent economic downturn and public health crisis, the city has turned to crisis response. This includes opportunities and challenges for the commercial real estate community, such as continuing to receive rent payments.

Join us to hear from Long Beach City Councilmember Stacy Mungo, a longtime friend of economic development and the business community to discuss:

  • Distinct challenges and opportunities for Long Beach as a result of the recent emergency.
  • Her priorities to move the city ahead, especially when it comes to bringing businesses back to offices.
