EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Property teams can make their buildings and sites safer by working closely with local Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and other community partners. The panel will talk about why these partnerships matter, how managers can use local help and resources, and clear up common misunderstandings about what to expect. Speakers will also share practical ways to deal with homelessness-related activities, keep people safe on site, and respond well when incidents happen.
